Activities run in a phone-width web view with native chrome around them.

Layout

• Max content width ~440px, generous padding
• System font stack (-apple-system)
• Large tap targets (44px minimum)
• High contrast text; avoid tiny captions

Session length

Target 1–5 minutes. Users should always know how to finish.

Complete action

One primary button: Complete. Do not auto-complete on timer alone unless the UX is explicit.

Context

Design for missing context. If Now/Trend/Life is denied or unavailable, the activity still works.

Health claims

Do not diagnose, prescribe, or claim medical outcomes. Keep copy supportive and general.

Assets

Prefer inline CSS and minimal JS. No external trackers. Keep the page fast on mobile networks.
